Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Healthcare client in Tralee, Kerry. This is a temporary contract initially lasting 3 months.
Key Responsibilities
* Updating record logs and maintaining accurate documentation
* Scheduling meetings and managing a busy switchboard
* Managing emails, post, and scanning documentation onto the system
* Taking minutes, uploading them to the system, and distributing them to the team
* Typing up reports and maintaining a high level of accuracy
* Covering the public counter and providing excellent customer service
Requirements
* A minimum of 6-12 months of professional administration experience
* Working knowledge of medical terminology
* Experience working in a medical or clinical setting
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
* Strong awareness around confidentiality and GDPR
* Excellent typing skills and communication skills
* Immediate availability and flexibility are essential for this role
Working Conditions
This is a site-based role requiring full-time hours with a minimum of 35 hours per week. Weekend availability is required, and shift patterns may include 8am - 4pm or 8am - 8pm.
The hourly rate for this position is €16.38 per hour.
