Role Overview:
This is an opportunity to support experienced litigation lawyers in handling high-profile commercial and insurance litigation cases.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing full secretarial support to litigation solicitors
* Audio and copy typing of legal correspondence, reports, and court documents
* Preparing court documents and briefs
* Handling telephone and email communications professionally
* General administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and scanning
Requirements:
* Experience as a Defence Litigation Secretary or Commercial Litigation secretary
* Strong audio and copy typing skills
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Professional and discreet, with exceptional communication skills
