Talent Acquisition Specialist - Dublin City Centre - Permanent
We’re delighted to be partnering exclusively with our client on a fully managed recruitment campaign to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Our client is a global leader within the consumer goods sector.
Role Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll take the lead on hiring across the ROI business.
You’ll own the full recruitment life cycle — from sourcing and pipeline building, to attraction, interviewing, stakeholder engagement, offer management, and onboarding.
About the Company & HR Dept
The organisation has a nationwide presence in Ireland, employing over 350 people. The HR function is well-established, comprising a team of five. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will operate as the dedicated recruiter within this team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including approvals, advertising, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
2. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, advising on hiring strategy, educating and influencing decisions, and ensuring clear, timely communication throughout the process.
3. Use creative sourcing techniques — including Boolean search, market mapping, and advanced LinkedIn Recruiter filters — with the flexibility to start from scratch and tailor strategies to each unique role.
4. Liaise with external agencies when needed — building strong relationships, setting clear expectations, and ensuring processes are managed efficiently.
5. Support recruitment-related training initiatives, represent the company at job fairs, and contribute to both local and global employer branding efforts. You’ll also run candidate experience surveys and analyse feedback to continuously improve the recruitment process.
6. Participate in collaborative calls to share best practices and updates on ongoing initiatives.
7. Oversee buddy assignments for new hires, monitor the Learning Platform, and support efforts to boost its usage. In addition, you’ll help drive internal communication, including updates on new joiners, open roles, and other key topics.
8. Assist HR team with broader HR objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
1. At least 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition.
2. A track record of hiring across a variety of roles, with the agility to switch between technical and generalist positions.
3. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence when needed.
4. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

How They Work:
