This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale projects in substation, power generation, and grid connection.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the commercial strategy and execution for projects from inception to completion.
2. Manage the negotiation and administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers, and finance to drive project success.
4. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard project profitability.
5. Monitor project financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
6. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
2. Proven track record of success in commercial leadership roles within the energy or construction industry.
3. Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and risk management.
4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
