* Part-time After school Early Years Practitioner 20 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 1.45pm-5.45pm beginning September 2023. Full-time (40 hours) during school holidays (Summer, Easter, Halloween, Christmas)
Experience working with young children is desired.
Responsibilities include:
1. To guide, observe, stimulate and supervise children in a safe and caring environment as part of the early year’s team.
2. To work in close co-operation with management and other team members.
3. To act as a key worker to specified children.
4. To ensure the safety, security and well-being of all children in your care.
5. To plan and implement an age-appropriate, stimulating programme of activities which will enhance the child’s natural growth and development, including reference to Siolta, the National Quality Framework for Early Childhood Education and Aistear, the National Curriculum Framework.
6. To ensure all quality and safety standards are maintained in our service at all times.
