Main duties and responsibilities:
* Create and manage the brand’s social presence, ensuring engaging, brand-aligned content while overseeing paid and organic campaigns.
* Lead content development and influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.
* Develop and execute email and SMS marketing strategies, tracking performance and providing data-driven insights.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement marketing initiatives.
* Support store teams with digital marketing guidance and contribute to strategic planning and key updates.
* Analyse campaign performance and market trends to optimise strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Application Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a brand/retail marketing role and a 3rd level qualification in Marketing/Digital Marketing.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, consumer trends, and experience in paid social media marketing, including analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
* Proven track record in planning and executing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including content creation and social media management.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Photoshop, Canva, and social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with internal and external teams.
* Full clean driver’s licence (role involves travel), flexible and hybrid working with regular in-office interactions in Support Office - Citywest.
