Experis have partnered with a Global Tech client in Dublin looking to recruit for a Project Manager on an initial 6 month contract likely to extend to 18 months.
This role will focus on process excellence, operational support, and effective communication. You will become a critical team member, ensuring processes run smoothly, projects are tracked and executed efficiently, and stakeholders remain informed and engaged. This role demands a self-starter who thrives on managing multiple tasks while bringing creativity and initiative to optimize processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the main Point of Contact for all Purchase Order related queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
* Regularly collect, organize, and analyze data, including conducting surveys and tracking impact metrics on a quarterly, annual, or bi-annual basis.
* Use data insights to generate actionable recommendations and inform decision-making.
* Lead all communications initiatives, preparing high-quality presentation decks for leadership and team meetings, summarizing key achievements, metrics, and results.
* Work with cross-functional teams to create engaging content and ensure consistency in messaging across internal and external stakeholders.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and drive efficiency.
* Proactively develop and maintain tools, templates, and workflows that enhance team productivity.
Key Experience Required:
* Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
* Excellent understanding of how to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Planner, Project for the Web).
* Proven experience in administrative operations, including managing purchase orders, logistics, or program deployments.
* Ability to work a flexible work schedule across different time zones.
* Analytical mindset with proficiency in data collection, interpretation, and reporting.
* Good to have: Experience with technical training programs and education systems.
* Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative to identify and implement improvements.
* Process Development: The ability to design and implement efficient processes is valuable for streamlining administrative and coordination activities. The candidate should have a knack for identifying areas of improvement and optimizing workflows.
* Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective coordination with teams spread across different locations. Clear and concise communication helps ensure everyone is aligned and on track. Including preparing compelling presentations and written documentation for leadership.
* Remote Work Proficiency: Given the requirement for remote work, the ideal candidate should be experienced and comfortable with virtual collaboration tools, remote communication, and managing teams in a remote setting. Self discipline and strong time management skills are also important.
