Training Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented Training Administrator to support our client's training and development operations. This role is ideal for an organized and proactive individual with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail.
Please note, this is a 4 weeks temporary contract based in Dublin 4 - Ranelagh - onsite.
Monday - Friday / 9am - 4pm.
Start date: Asap (Ideally on Monday 31st of March.)
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Director of Training & Development.
* Prepare materials for training sessions and ensure smooth course delivery.
* Maintain and update training policies and procedures, conducting quarterly gap analyses.
* Ensure accurate filing, storage, and archiving of training materials and course documentation.
* Process training records and update the national training database.
* Coordinate with external accreditation bodies and ensure compliance with regulations.
* Conduct audits to review documentation in line with policies.
* Track and maintain training curricula for members.
* Monitor trainer activities to ensure all planned training sessions are delivered effectively.
* Generate and issue monthly performance reports based on agreed criteria.
* Provide general administrative support and handle queries.
* Undertake additional administrative tasks as required.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Certificates issued within 7 days.
* Training database updated within 7 days of receiving material.
* Monthly performance reports completed and submitted on time.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative or training support role.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within structured processes.
* Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external accreditation bodies.
