DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist in pre-launch activities, including but not limited to communicating asset requirements, generating insertion orders (IO), obtaining Deal Desk approvals
* Collaborate with teams to gather assets, set up campaigns, and provide client-ready launch reports or screenshot decks as proof of concept
* Monitor and track campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
* Provide ongoing performance updates to Client Account Managers and clients
* Make proactive recommendations to ensure performance goals are met
* Perform hands-on campaign optimization on a daily and weekly basis
* Extract and analyze data to create actionable insights that help drive client success
* Prepare polished, advertiser-ready wrap-up reports and quarterly business reviews
* Offer direct client support and expertise via multiple communication channels
* Lead weekly or bi-weekly client calls, capture action items, and ensure follow-through
* Assist advertisers with troubleshooting issues such as pixel placement, ads platform training, and technical bugs
* Represent the needs of the Client Account Manager and advertisers to management and cross-functional teams
* Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and support ongoing career development
REQUIREMENTS:
* Native/Fluent in German and English, both writing and speaking.
* Direct sales or account management experience is great to have but not a strong requirement
* Strong digital/social media marketing experience
* Knowledge of campaign optimization
* Strong understanding of performance and brand advertising metrics, such as CPM, SOV, CPA, Conversion Lift, Brand Lift, Reach & Frequency
* Expert skills with Excel and/or Google Sheets and delivering actionable insights
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience creating reports and dashboards with multiple sources of data
* Understanding of digital measurement solutions
* Ability to cultivate strong relationships with Sales partners
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
* QA mindset and high attention to detail
* QA experience or business analysis experience will be an advantage
