Job DescriptionMKO is seeking to recruit an Administrator (Receptionist) to join its Operations team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a role with a broad and diverse scope. They will have the ability to manage multiple priorities across a wide variety of tasks, projects and responsibilities. They will be personable but professional, outgoing and confident in their own abilities to fulfil the responsibilities of the role. The Administrator will have the ability to work independently on their assigned tasks and responsibilities using their own experience and sound judgment.
The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:
General reception duties including dealing with calls, meet and greet clients, handle post/couriers, etc.Screen, organise and prioritise incoming emails and other communications and requests, and determine appropriate course of actionDiary management and secretarial duties for directors. Coordinate and manage an active calendar of scheduled appointments and meetings, trainings, manage preparation for calendared events, and ensure tasks are completedProject team support includes formatting and binding documentsMaintaining database on the company project management systemsMaintaining vehicle maintenance systemManage purchases, payments, travel bookings and arrangements, credit card reconciliation and expenses.Office supplies - maintain levels of stationery, equipment, management of meeting rooms, etc.Facilities and maintenance of buildingsEffectively and accurately follow or relay instructions and requestsAd hoc requests
Requirements:
