Finance Assistant - Charity Sector Permanent Belfast
We are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to support our mission while developing your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Raising and managing purchase orders
* MATCHING PURCHASE ORDERS TO SUPPLIER INVOICES AND VALIDATING INVOICES
* Liaising with sales teams to resolve any invoice discrepancies
* Analyzing payments and ensuring accuracy
* SUPPORTING MONTH-END PREPARATIONS AND REPORTING
* Generating financial reports for senior management
Requirements:
* Solid transactional finance experience
* Communicates effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders
* Thrives in a collaborative, high-performing team
