Job Summary
As a Sales administrator you will support the sales team with quotations, manage customer accounts, collaborate with the engineering department on research and development projects, support marketing and other company administration needs as they arise.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist sales team with report creation for management and shareholders
* Support the sales team in drafting and submitting quotations for new and existing customers using Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP software.
* Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
* Address customer inquiries related to ongoing projects and orders.
* Assist in planning and implementing the annual marketing and events strategy for both internal and external initiatives.
* Oversee and maintain the company’s social media platforms.
* Create and distribute marketing materials across various channels, including video content production.
* Draft press releases and coordinate with media outlets to secure coverage.
* Update website content and analyze performance metrics using WordPress.
* Work with the engineering team on commercialization and dissemination efforts for R&D projects.
* Handle additional administrative tasks as needed within the organization.
Required Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in commerce or relevant experience.
* Experience: Experience is desired but not essential. On the job training will be provided.
* Skills: Experience using Canva, Adobe products, WordPress, MS office or an ERP system is desirable but not essential.
* Other:
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.Willingness to adapt and work with multiple teams and stakeholders internal and external to company. Open to feedback and eager to develop.
o Fluency in Irish is desirable but not essential.
