Territory Sales Manager
Our client, a long-established Irish company with significant market share and an existing customer base, requires an experienced Territory Sales Manager to focus on the Munster region.

The Job:
As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for new business development in your region, managing and growing the existing corporate client base, supporting the launch of new products and services, and delivering targeted growth plans across the region.
You will research and identify new business opportunities, understand competitor offerings, prepare sales KPI reports, collaborate with colleagues in other territories, and support the Sales Director in strategic sales duties.
Your Skills and Experience:
* 3rd-level qualification in business studies, commerce, or a related discipline.
* 3-4+ years of field sales/business development experience, preferably with a commercial/B2B focus.
* Experience in selling in the construction, hardware, or related sectors is advantageous.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with customers at all levels.
* Strong IT knowledge and ability to multitask across different product ranges.
* Full and clean driving license.
The Offer:
This is a full-time/permanent position with a base salary, dependent on experience/qualifications, ranging from €37.5k to OTE approx. €55k.
A company vehicle, phone, fuel card, and further education/training supports are included.
The territory will focus on Munster, with occasional calls in the Galway city area, allowing candidates to be based anywhere across the province.
