Due to growth, we look to hire an experienced Site Manager who would relish the opportunity to join an established and welcoming team. This is an office/site-based role.
With a background in site management, we require a person to be confident in working both independently and with wider areas of the business. You will ensure successful management of construction activities and successfully deliver our projects in line with safety, programme, cost, and quality objectives. There will be travel to various sites throughout Ireland as required.
Role Responsibilities
1. To manage all site activities to ensure that safety, programme, cost, and quality objectives are met.
2. To support with site visits to better understand installation requirements and price installation of standalone cabins and modular buildings.
3. Responsible for developing lift plans for lifting activities on customer sites nationwide.
4. To create a safe working environment on site and ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with Health & Safety legislation.
5. To be the primary contact for all employees and contractors and have first line responsibility for all activities on site.
As a Site Manager you'll have:
1. Commercial awareness
2. Experience within the crane and lifting industry
3. Ability to add value and drive business improvements
4. Confident decision-making and influencing skills
5. Exceptional organisation and planning skills
6. Ability to develop collaborative relationships both internally and externally.
7. Full Irish driving license
