Sales is the team responding to incoming queries and helping customers understand how to maximize Remote's full suite of products to meet their employment needs. What you bring
1. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is required, fluency in a second language would be preferred.
2. Demonstrable success in selling into the Mid-Market and Enterprise Segment.
3. Strong experience selling in UK and Ireland region.
4. Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive innovation within organizations that have traditional mindsets and operational methods, effectively challenging and transforming established norms.
5. Ability to confidently make cold calls to build a New Business pipeline.
6. Organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
7. Ability to build trust with a client and work as an advisor.
8. Capable of forecasting sales to achieve targets monthly.
9. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools (Salesforce is a plus).
10. Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Sandler, SPIN, Command of Message, and/or Challenger is a plus.
11. Experience in the HR industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
1. Meet and exceed quota.
2. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
3. Identify and create new opportunities (only new business) within the Mid-Market and Enterprise Segments.
4. Advocate for and implement forward-thinking solutions in industries or companies with an "old school" approach, persuading them to embrace new strategies and technologies.
5. Presentation to clients (Virtual Meetings, F2F meetings).
6. Own the customer relationship and complete the cycle from sale to business completion.
7. Understand the communication needs of small and mid-sized Enterprise business customers, and design solutions to meet those unique business needs.
8. Outbound prospecting in the UK and Ireland market.
9. Ability to forecast weekly/monthly/quarterly revenue accurately.
10. Self-generate leads by targeting fast-growing companies that Remote can support in their global hiring.
11. Work with other parts of Remote to ensure client success.

At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hire globally. The base salary range for this full-time position is between $44,150 USD to $149,075 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
