We are currently recruiting for a Sales & Events Manager at The Charleville Park Hotel.
The Role: The Sales and Events Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of sales and events activities to drive revenue and promote the hotel's brand. This role reports to the Hotel General Manager and works closely with the Group Sales Manager, involving a strong focus on Reactive Sales, Proactive Sales activity, Events Coordination, Networking, and Local and In-house Marketing efforts.

The Ideal Person:
The ideal Sales Executive would be a self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a passion for sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and the local market. Knowledge of Hotsoft would be an advantage.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales and events management within the hotel industry.
* Strong market knowledge and communication skills.
* Results-driven and able to work independently and in a team.
* Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
* Knowledge of local market trends and competitors.
