Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team at Teleflex, a global provider of medical technologies. This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional talent acquisition services, providing proactive and timely communication on search status, and serving as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate recruitment processes and plan interview schedules with hiring managers.
* Manage recruitment information in HR systems and maintain candidate databases in accordance with EU laws.
* Create and maintain reports to track EMEA recruitment, cost of hires, and other key metrics.
* Provide effective assistance and service to managers and employees with recruitment-related queries and issues.
* Assist with recruiting efforts, including developing job specs, posting job openings, reviewing applications, interviewing candidates, and more.
* Develop staffing strategies and implementation plans to identify talent within and outside the corporation.
* Participate in various HR projects related to talent acquisition.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of.
* A minimum of three years results-oriented recruiting experience.
* Experience within a life sciences industry, especially medical devices, is preferred.
Desirable Skills
* Fluent English level (spoken and written); experience with another European language at a professional level is a plus.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up ability.
* Continuous improvement approach towards work processes.
* Proficient in Boolean search techniques and experience leveraging the latest digital technology (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor).
* Approachable, professional, and able to work in a highly confidential environment.
Travel Required
Up to 25% travel required.
