Job Responsibilities:
1. Have experience of working in a kitchen of a restaurant or bar (at least 1 year).
2. Have a good understanding of HSE Safety and hygiene guidelines in the kitchen.
3. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and keep the kitchen clean.
4. Assist the chef by chopping & measuring ingredients, stock control, and preparing ingredients for cooking.
5. Facilitate communication between front house and kitchen staff.
6. Stay calm during busy hours and manage work efficiently.
Must have the right to work in Ireland.
