Project Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dublin 2. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on diverse projects within our clients experienced Project Management team across various sectors, including hotel and leisure, residential, commercial office, retail, data centres, and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
* Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and design teams, maintaining the highest level of professional integrity and mannerism in all dealings.
* Sustain a high level of PM delivery and drive excellent service delivery to all clients and stakeholders.
* Conduct background research, data collection, and similar exercises.
* Produce clear and concise project briefs, reports, and programmes.
* Manage project costs, including fee drawdowns and other non-construction costs where appropriate.
* Draft briefs, procurement strategy, and other strategic project documentation.
* Prepare RFPs or similar for professional, design team, and other consultants as required.
* Compile tender lists, check, and analyse tenders, drafting tender reports for procurement of professional, design team, and other consultants.
* Draft monthly reports.
* Develop and implement project handover, defects management, and close-out procedures.
* Manage and facilitate lessons learned workshops upon project completion.
* Raise and enhance our market profile, identifying and converting growth opportunities.
Requirements
* Civil Engineering/PM/Construction Management Degree.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar consultancy.
* Excellent written and communication skills with an ability to produce project reports.
* Experience in developing and analysing project programmes using Microsoft Project or similar.
* Ability to chair project meetings and produce accurate meeting minutes.
* Good understanding of Statutory Consents and Building Control Regulations processes.
* Ability to work independently and adapt to client and project changes.
