AQMetrics is looking for a Transaction Reporting Specialist to join our Reporting team in supporting our customers with MiFID2 Transaction Reporting obligations.
In addition to looking after our customers, you will help guide the design, development and support of next-generation features on our core product.

What you will do:Support our MiFID customers with their T+1 reporting obligationsAssist in the development of documentation, specifications and enhancements for the AQMetrics regulatory platformOnboard new customers to the AQMetrics platform, including data mapping, data onboarding and product trainingMapping of customer data sources to the AQMetrics data interfaceMonitor ongoing changes to existing and emerging regulatory requirements, constantly improving our regulatory reporting knowledge baseProvide exceptional service to our customers by responding to queries in a professional mannerWork closely with our product engineering team to provide customer feedback on the AQMetrics solution to ensure our product continues to be enhancedMinimum Requirements:Degree in Business/Accounting or related disciplineExperience levels can range from recent graduates to seasoned professionalsAbility to prioritise, multitask and work effectively within a team in a deadline-driven environmentStrong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate and build relationships both internally and externallyA proactive and inquisitive approach to new challenges and problem-solvingExperience working in the Investment Management industry and/or with regulatory compliance software is a plusWhat We Offer:Opportunity to be part of something special, AQMetrics is growing and we want you to be part of our journeyPeople-centric cultureCompetitive salaryUpskilling opportunitiesEmployee Assistance ProgrammePension schemeHealthcare for employees and their familiesFlexible workingBike to Work schemeActive social club with events throughout the yearWhat our Interview Process is Like:Step 1 - After you apply, our HR Manager will reach out to you for an introductory call.
