My client, a well established Engineering Company are looking to appoint an Office Manager/Accounts Assistant for their Dublin office on a full-time basis. They are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated, and has an ability to work on their own initiative but also part of a team.

The Role:
1. Ensure the smooth operations of the Dublin office, liaising with the Athlone and UK office managers.
2. Assist with the collecting of debts from company debtors.
3. Allocations of customer payments
4. Responding to customer inquiries
5. Shared responsibility of phone management system
6. Shared responsibility for travel management
7. Front of House Management for clients, suppliers and organising meetings
8. Facilities management liaising with estate managers and suppliers.
9. Monitor staff Timesheets and Staff On/Off Boarding
10. Ensure office equipment is in working order and if necessary, call suppliers to carry out repairs/service.
11. Ensure that all supplies, goods, and materials are ordered efficiently and replenished in a timely manner at all times.
12. Accounts payable responsibilities
Requirements:
13. Previous experience in office management / Office Coordinator
14. Ability to work in an office setting full time.
15. MS Office Suite skills.
16. Ability to learn new software systems.
17. Native level fluency in English

19. Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
