Job Profile
The role of a Building Manger will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of maintenance, hygiene, health and safety, and security services at our client's premises. This role is ensuring the building is well maintained to the highest standards, contributing to an exceptional customer experience and a safe, secure workplace. The successful candidate will be responsible for clear communication between the client and Key Facilities solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety legislation, conducting regular audits, risk assessments, and training sessions. Act swiftly to implement necessary corrective measures and maintain meticulous records.
* Oversee the deployment and management of security measures, including personnel, surveillance systems, and access control protocols, ensuring the safety or customers, employees and assets.
* Lead and develop a dedicated team of excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement in line with Key Facilities' and the Client's standards.
* Providing training for building employees as needed
* Evaluating employee performance and providing direction, or additional training to ensure proper maintenance of the building
* Scheduling contractors and employees
* Resolving complaints/issues that may arise
* Assisting with emergency response and evacuations
* Inspecting the building frequently for signs of damage or wear
Qualifications and experience
* A minimum of 3 years experience of Facilities Management and/ or experience in a similar role.
* Relevant qualifications of Facilities Management or Business Process Management (BPM) qualification. Desirable.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €45,000.00 per year

* Kilkenny, CO. Kilkenny: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
