As the Senior Manager - Enterprise Systems and Data Portfolio, you will directly support the DCOE by ensuring effective governance of the entire Enterprise Systems and Data portfolio. You will ensure the portfolio is aligned with the business objectives, prioritized, resourced, governed, and the performance analyzed and communicated. Additionally, you will ensure that cross-functional dependencies are connected and coordinated at a portfolio level, working collaboratively with the IT Function leads and project/ product teams as required.
As the senior portfolio manager, you will prepare and lead portfolio management forums to provide visibility on the portfolio's progress and performance, while highlighting key risks, dependencies and decisions required. You will report on the portfolio spend as well as value realization and financial benefits, working closely with Finance and IT functional teams.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for overseeing the approval, planning, prioritization, development, and implementation of enterprise project and product efforts
2. Responsible for developing and maintaining the enterprise project and product governance processes and standards to enable effective portfolio management
3. Responsible for presenting and communicating to Executive Leadership on the status of the enterprise portfolio, reporting on progress, risks, issues, dependencies, spend, resources.
4. Responsible for ensuring clear financial benefits/ ROI are defined for all approved initiatives with ongoing review of progress and realization.
5. Responsible for collaborating with and guiding Leaders cross-functionally to ensure that prioritized initiatives/ product roadmaps are aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
6. Responsible for overseeing the assessment, prioritization and approval of new demand.
7. Responsible for managing risks, escalations and decisions at the Portfolio level.
8. Responsible for defining and reporting on objectives and key results at the Portfolio level.
9. Responsible for ensuring IT resources are allocated correctly based on prioritization and Business need.
10. Responsible for the management/ tracking of all capabilities to be delivered within approved Portfolio scope.
Qualifications:
11. Degree – Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain required; Masters Degree preferred
12. PMP, SCRUM Master, Agile Product Owner preferred
13. 10 years of experience as a Project Manager
14. 5 years of experience as an IT Portfolio Manager working with both Waterfall and Agile Methodologies. Experience as an Agile Product owner with Lean Portfolio Management is an advantage.
15. Process Mapping, Capacity Modeling, Data Analysis
16. Ability to travel up to 25%
