If you have a passion for any or all of the above, this position is an ideal fit for a professional hospitality person like you! This fun and demanding front of house position requires you to be responsible for the coordination & management of catering, corporate & private bookings as well as running the check-in desk.
Must be willing to work nights & weekends. Get paid to go out every Friday and Saturday night and have the craic with great people... not too shabby!
Ideal candidates will use their passion for customer service and events management to implement procedures & systems to ensure the efficient, smooth running of events and activities for private & corporate bookings. You will work with the existing team in increasing revenue by developing the current customer experience through effective catering, bookings, and events management.
Responsibilities
* Manage & Host the customer experience to ensure the delivery of the highest standards of all aspects of customer service.
* Organise & plan all evening activities.
* Consistently monitor and implement all service standards during events and activities.
* Meet results and sales requirements.
* Establish and maintain positive business and customer relations.
* Be fully knowledgeable in all aspects of the catering, bookings, and events procedures, including packages and legal responsibilities.
* Manage the maintenance and presentation of all activity areas.
