About the Role:
This position offers the chance to make a real impact on the safety culture of our organisation by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promoting best practices across all areas of operations.
You will report to the SHEQ/Systems Manager and be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing health and safety policies and procedures to ensure the well-being of all team members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures
* Conducting safety audits and assessing risks
* Driving initiatives to enhance workplace safety across the organisation
Requirements:
Ideal candidate will have 5 years' experience working in health and safety within engineering, manufacturing or construction with a strong background in health and safety.
Hands-on experience working on manufacturing and construction sites, supporting the implementation and management of Health & Safety protocol.
