This role is a mix of sales, leadership, and administrative duties, with a strong focus on both Commercial business.
* You'll be responsible for hitting your own sales targets while also coordinating sales activities within the office.
* This involves tasks like prospecting for new clients, up-selling, and cross-selling existing products.
* A key part of the role is managing the team’s performance—you’ll work closely with the Sales Advisors, motivating and coaching them to achieve their goals.
* You’ll be handling customer queries, assisting with initial claims, managing the office’s day-to-day tasks, and ensuring everything runs smoothly in coordination with the Branch Manager.
Requirements
* You’ll need to work towards or already have industry qualifications like APA or CIP.
* The role requires strong leadership abilities (not a must) since you’ll be guiding and supporting the Sales Office team, helping them reach their full potential.
