Finance Administrator Excel Recruitment is seeking a full-time Finance Administrator for our retail client based in South Dublin.
We are looking for an independent person who likes to take the initiative, as well as being a dedicated and flexible individual.
This position would suit an experienced Financial Administrator who would like to progress their career and eventually move to a senior financial position within the Company.
Responsibilities Support the purchasing and finance team with administration requirements Point of contact for queries in relation to purchasing from multiple branches Collation of all Purchasing department memos Conduct competitor price checks for the Assistant Buyer Data entry of new suppliers/ brands & products to system Issuing of weekly/ monthly stock, sales and turnover reports when required Weekly reporting on returns, allowances and rebates Raise PO's and populate all activity on the PO log for the Warehouse Attendance to monthly Purchasing Team meeting with Junior and Senior Buyers Support the Junior buyer with coordination of product/ line up offering for online, including all supplier marketing collateral & product USP's Working in tandem with other departments.
on a daily basis and on project work, as required.
Requirements Proficient with Microsoft Office suite but expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel At least 5 years' experience in a similar environment Third level Degree in finance and/or accounting Must have experience in a fast-moving retail or logistics role Must be available to work in Ireland full time with no restrictions If you would like to apply for this finance administrator position, please apply through the link below.
