Project Manager:
We are looking for a friendly, motivated professional to join our team. This is a new role representing an excellent opportunity for an ambitious person to help successfully deliver our projects and form a key part of our company.
Our office is based in Tullamore with flexibility to work a hybrid model.
Role
* Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all onsite installations fromcontract award to handover.
* Managing the complete delivery process including hardware and software focusing on customer satisfaction, technical accuracy, timelines, and financial outcomes.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients during installation projects, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.
* Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless transitions from project proposal to execution.
* Conducting site surveys to assess project requirements organizing installation steps, managing internal or external teams, and ensuring the site is ready for setup.
* Verifying work method statements for installations (installation risk assessments)
* Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety aspects of projects in line with company policies and procedures.
* Reviewing tenders with operations team as necessary.
* Scheduling and timely coordinating of deliveries as well as installation equipment (lifting platform, lift truck, forklift, etc.)
* Cost effective planning and coordination of internal or external installation resources
* Organizing all technical and interface clarifications with the customer
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in project management preferably in the intralogistics, automation or mechanical engineering industry
* Strong technical background, with hands-on knowledge of mechanical installations, and/or electrical components.
* Demonstrated leadership skills
* Excellent planning and time management skills and the ability to cope with planning changes at short notice
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Familiarity with site survey processes, technical drawings, and installation protocols.
* Excellent client / customer-facing experience is essential.

Qualification & Education Requirements:
* 3rd level qualification in Engineering or relevant field, site management or relevant trade qualification and experience.
* Must have 5+ years Project Management experience in Ireland or the UK.

* Salary circa €60k - €80k DOE
