Trad on the Prom – Brand Representative

Trad on the Prom is Ireland’s number one music, song and dance experience. Since 2005, Trad on the Prom has been entertaining audiences from near and far from its home in Salthill, Galway.
Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Brand Representative at Trad on the Prom located in Galway, with work from home flexibility. The Brand Representative will be responsible for promoting the brand, providing excellent customer service, increasing brand awareness, and maintaining effective communication with customers and partners.
Hours:
20-30 hours per week hybrid, on site occasionally for meetings. Applicant must be local to Galway for partnership management.
Opportunity for additional work onsite during show hours if desired.
(6pm – 11pm; Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday beginning May 11th for the show)
Requirements
* Interpersonal Skills and Communication
* Brand Ambassadorship and Brand Awareness
* Customer Service
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Experience in marketing or sales is a plus
* Leaving Cert or equivalent
* Experience working with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office is a plus
* Higher Education in a Marketing/Sales specialty is a plus
* Experience working in Customer Service/Marketing is a plus
* Being comfortable with public interaction is a must-have requirement
* Speaking other languages is a plus
* Valid driving licence and access to a car is a strong plus
Core Responsibilities
Partner Relationship Management:
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and partners.
* Actively engage with partners to promote Trad on the Prom through their channels.
* Provide regular updates and information to partners about the show.
B2B Outreach:
* Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities within the local business community.
* Organize and attend networking events to promote Trad on the Prom.
* Develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential partners.
Brand Advocacy:
* Act as a passionate and knowledgeable ambassador for the Trad on the Prom brand.
* Represent the show's values and artistic integrity in all interactions.
* Maintain a deep understanding of the show's history, performers, and cultural significance.
Customer Engagement:
* Answer inquiries about the show, ticketing, and related information.
* Engage with customer reviews online.
Promotional Activities:
* Assist in the distribution of promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
* Participate in promotional events and activities, both on and off-site.
* Gather customer feedback and contribute to marketing strategies.
Account Management:
* Maintain records of partner interactions.
* Track partner contributions to ticket sales.
