Purpose of the role: The role of the Senior Pharmacist Haematology, Oncology and Palliative Care (HOPe) is to work as part of a wider multidisciplinary team, to ensure the safe delivery of Systemic Anticancer Therapy (SACT), and provide a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service to HOPe patients.
