About Us:
We are a leading architectural and façade design company specializing in delivering innovative and high-quality solutions
across Ireland, with plans for expansion into the UK market. Our team is dedicated to excellence in design, engineering, and
project management, ensuring the highest standards for our clients.
About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Estimator with a strong background in either façades or construction estimation—or ideally both—
to join our remote team. This role involves preparing detailed and accurate estimates for a range of façade projects across
Ireland. As we expand into the UK market, this position offers significant growth potential for the right candidate.
This is a remote position, ideal for someone who excels in a solitary work environment. You will be responsible for managing
your own workload and delivering high-quality estimates independently, with the support of our broader team when
needed.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for façade and construction projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project
specifications.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to create comprehensive estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to understand project requirements and constraints.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and pricing to ensure competitive and accurate estimates.
- Support the company’s expansion into the UK market, with opportunities for role evolution and growth.
- Manage your workload independently, delivering high-quality estimates within deadlines.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve estimation processes and project outcomes.
Requirements:
- Strong background in façade estimation, construction estimation, or both.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering accurate and competitive
estimates.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing time and tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate remotely with colleagues and clients.
- Flexibility to travel to Dublin for initial training and occasional team meetings.
- Interest in growing with the role as the company expands into the UK market.
Additional Information:
This role offers the flexibility of working from home full-time, with all necessary equipment provided. The position involves
working independently, making it ideal for someone who is self-motivated and comfortable with remote work. The
successful candidate will play a key role in our ongoing projects in Ireland, with the potential to contribute to our expansion
into the UK.
