Happy Dublin is a successful desserts shop which is experiencing strong growth, and we are currently searching for a customer focused individual to join our dynamic team. We are currently recruiting for a Manager to join our team in Kilmainham co. Dublin. The successful candidate will need to have previous retail management experience, enjoy customer interaction, deliver excellent customer service, and enjoy leading a team. Ideally candidate will live locally. You will also need to be fully flexible with the hours you can work, this will include mornings, afternoons, evenings, both during the week and weekends. Duties: Responsible for overall performance and running of the stores. Delivering on all agreed KPI's for the store, stock, wage costs, rostering, secret shopper, training customer service Ensuring a culture of excellent customer service is maintained. Planning and prioritizing workloads and delegating accordingly. Recruitment, scheduling and managing performance of team. Driving a culture of continuous improvement amongst the team. Ensuring high store standards of cleanliness, merchandising and compliance with health & safety. Effective merchandising and display of product offering. Requirements: Strong communication & interpersonal skills. A passion for excellent customer service. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. The ability to multi-task and work under pressure. A desire to work as part of a team to generate fresh and innovative ideas. Effective leadership and the ability to motivate others. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and improve. Previous retail store management experience. Benefits: Attractive base Salary €33,500 - €36,200 per annum depending on experience Opportunity to earn up to an additional €12,000 per annum in KPI bonus payments, paid out monthly.
