We are recruiting a Risk Compliance Manager position within a not for profit organisation based in Dublin. This will suit an experienced compliance professional with 5-7 years of experience in risk management and/or auditing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework tailored to the organisation's scale and needs.
2. Partner with business units to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
3. Conduct risk management training programs to enhance employee awareness and understanding.
4. Oversee risk management committee operations, including agenda development, minute-taking, and action tracking.
5. Contribute to the identification of emerging risks and opportunities.
6. Prepare and deliver risk-related reports to the Board and Executive Team.
7. Stay abreast of evolving risk practices and frameworks through continuous learning and networking.
8. Provide quarterly risk updates to the Audit Committee.
9. Design and execute risk-based audits for producer and retailer members.
10. Leverage external resources to ensure a comprehensive and effective audit approach.
11. Document auditing processes, analyze evidence, and identify potential issues, including evaluations of accounting systems, governance, and internal controls.
12. Interpret audit findings and continuously refine the audit approach to enhance quality.
13. Present audit outcomes to key stakeholders and internal committees.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5-7 years of experience in risk management and/or auditing.
2. Proven track record in developing, implementing, and embedding risk and compliance programs.
3. Experience in conducting compliance audits across diverse stakeholder landscapes.
4. Strong risk management skills, including framework development and collaborative risk mitigation.
5. Proficiency in compliance auditing, including plan development, execution, and evaluation.
6. Deep understanding of regulatory and legal compliance requirements.
7. Excellent reporting skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
8. Proven training and development expertise, with experience in delivering risk and process awareness programs.
Remuneration:
1. Salary €75,000 - €80,000
