SALES TEAM LEADER
This is an active sales role that involves developing and growing sales within our current multiples at ground level, while maintaining current relationships.
The role requires liaising with store managers and people management of the van sales team. As an experienced FMCG sales professional, you will have a key understanding of the various margin requirements at retail level. You will also have an understanding of the food service market, with the ability to develop sales directly through the company's own van sales network to restaurants and deli counters.
Please note that your role covers the island of Ireland and you will be required to travel weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage relationships with customers through strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Manage and motivate a van sales team to ensure optimum performance.
* Maintain correct pricing.
* Demonstrate an outgoing and friendly personality.
* Show results-driven attitude with good problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fast-moving consumer goods and food service.
* A full clean driver's license.
* The right to work in Ireland.
Salary:
€60,000 - €80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
