Job Description
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a key role in our project development and implementation process. You will work closely with the Construction and Project Manager on coordinating and operating site activities to ensure successful project completion.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Report directly to the Construction and/or Project Manager.
2. Work independently with minimal supervision within a fast-paced team environment.
3. Maintain strict adherence to our HSQE standards and requirements across all site operations.
4. Daily management, supervision, and reporting of direct labor resources, plant, safe execution of works, and materials allocations.
5. Coordinate and manage sub-contractors on site.
6. Conduct post-construction surveys and compile accurate information to prepare As-Built records.
7. Evaluate company compliance and administration procedures, and record performance and progress of site operations and subcontractors.
8. Ensure all works are carried out to a high standard while adhering to building regulations, National Rules for Electrical Installations, Health and Safety, and environmental standards.
Skills and Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
1. An electrical trade background is essential.
2. A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role is required.
3. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office is necessary.
4. Experience with Revit would be advantageous.
5. Excellent organizational and planning skills.
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
7. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
