The EMEA digital sales team is a high-performing, international and fun team! The team is diverse and collaborative and has been seen as a huge asset to the sales organization at Workday.
About the Role
This role is part of our flexible work model and you will be able to enjoy a mix of 50% onsite and 50% remote work environment.
This role is to be based in Dublin only
In this role you
You will be part of the account executive team selling to enterprise customers across various industries for the Netherland market.
* Sell the company's products, systems and/or services via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned territory, industry, or accounts.
* Must close the sale on products, systems and/or services.
* May generate prospective customers through cold calling and may qualify and follow up with sales leads.
* Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry and prepare activity and forecast reports as requested.
* Have thorough knowledge of company products, systems and services.
* May direct customers to websites or other company resources for information.
* Focus on acquiring new customers and retaining and growing an existing installed base of customers.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
● Minimum 2 years experience in closing sales experience
● Fluency in English and Dutch required
● Strong experience in pipeline management and accurate forecasting
Other Qualifications:
● Experience selling HCM, employee engagement, financial solutions preferred
● BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience is required, MA/MS degree preferred
● Motivated to reach quotas and over perform
