Accounts & Office Administrator

The Role:
As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of accounts and general administration tasks. You will work closely with colleagues across the business, both locally and internationally, to support their duties and projects.
* Managing invoicing and payment schedules
* Reconciling banking and creditor/debtor statements
* Updating financial information and service databases
* Liaising with external service providers
* Scheduling meetings and resolving incoming queries and client calls
Your Skills and Experience:
* 3rd level degree qualified in a relevant discipline
* 2-3+ years' experience ideally gained in an accounts-focused administration role
* Experience from the property, banking, accounting, or related sectors would be an advantage
* Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to work on your own initiative and multitask
The Offer:
Salary will depend on candidate skills and experience but is expected to be around €29-33k plus pension and other benefits. This role will be fully office-based in Limerick city centre.
Candidates without visas/work permits to live and work in Ireland will not be considered.
