As Receptionist, you will join a leading Auctioneering firm in the heart of Dublin City Centre. Your new company, established over a century ago, is one of Ireland's most reputable Fine Art Auctioneers and Valuers, offering a wide range of specialist auctions.
Your new company is looking for an experienced receptionist to manage front-of-house operations. This is a full-time permanent role based fully in-office.
Your new role
As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the auctions' clientele, responsible for, but not limited to:
1. Managing incoming calls / emails
2. Management of the company’s general emails and valuation requests
3. Management of the company whatsapp and Purechat accounts
4. Managing collection of items for clients, ensuring all items are signed out and scanned
5. Scheduling meetings
6. Occasional weekend and evening work for auction viewings were required.
7. General auction work: Managing the phones on auction days, assigning clients with paddle numbers, entering results
What you'll need to succeed
You will have 3+ years experience in a Receptionist role within professional services. You will have excellent communication skills and systems, such as MS Office. Strong attention to detail is also essential. The ability to work on initiative and also as part of a team is required as you will be working with a diverse range of individuals daily.With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements within a similar role, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
