Overall Purpose of the Job:
We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Facility Management team at Kilkenny as a Catering Administrative Coordinator 5 days a week. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate administrative functions for food contract operations, ensuring our facilities operate smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the catering department's day-to-day administrative functions, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
* Maintain records and databases related to catering operations, including inventory, HACCP files, and budgetary information.
* Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other third-party service providers to schedule and oversee maintenance and repair work in the restaurant.
* Ensure all catering activities comply with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
* Assist with developing and implementing policies and procedures related to catering operations.
* Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the catering department operations align with organisational goals.
* Manage procurement of supplies, equipment, and materials necessary for facility management operations.
* Track and record all hospitality and free issues weekly, and draw up a report for the manager.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in facility management administration or catering industry.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Apleona facility management software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices related to facility management.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday from 08:30 - 14:30.

Clonmel, Ireland.
