Job Summary
We are seeking a Bookkeeper to work part-time in our Cork city office. This role involves managing our accounts and financial records on-site, two days per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining accurate financial records and transactions
* Managing accounts payable and receivable
* Performing bank reconciliations and expense tracking
* Assisting with VAT returns and financial reporting
* Working closely with the team to ensure smooth financial operations
Requirements
* Proficiency in Pegasus accounting software (essential)
* Previous bookkeeping experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Able to work independently and manage workload efficiently
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €24,000 annually
Expected hours: 9 per week
