Responsibilities ManagingtheFacilitiesMaintenance Main Contractors such as and not limited to Cleaning, Landscaping, Lifts and Escalators to ensure contractual requirements are met Work closely with the Facilities Manager and team to ensure the contact standards are being met and develop action plans to rectify issues AuditingperformanceoftheFacilitiesMaintenanceContractors againstrequirements,ensuringpenaltiesandincentivesare applied in line with the contract where applicable Reportingonperformanceagainstcontractrequirementstothe Facilities Manager, HeadofInfrastructureand Transport InfrastructureIreland, as required Followingupandrectifyinganydefectswiththeperformanceof thefacilities contractors onthe system and on trams, or issues identified withthe managementoffacilitiesmanagement staff,fromcustomers or Transport Infrastructure Ireland Ensuring that Facilities Management Contractor staff carry out their duties onthe depots and stops ina safe manner and incompliance with all standards with regards to safety Support Lean initiatives Prepare contract tenders and commercial bids as required during the contract term Investigate any unexpected costs and monitor costs against budget proactively Action contract delivery issues and dispute customer audits if not in line with contract Specifying any remedial work or alternative parts to maintain system functionality through the contract term Work with communications team to ensure all infrastructure and tram decals and signage meet the standard and all audits are completed on time in full Ensure Mystery Shopper output actions are managed in a timely fashion Complete tasks as required and requested by Facilities Manager and Head of Infrastructure in a timely fashion Competencies Ability to follow and respect safety procedures: Following safety procedures and being compliant with them is a priority within the role.
