Job Description
As a Maintenance Production Planning Manager in the Maintenance & Engineering Department, you will report to the Director of Maintenance, the Maintenance Production Planning Manager and will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the planning and scheduling processes within the Line Maintenance Department. Our Maintenance & Engineering Department helps us to drive ambition by ensuring efficient and effective utilization of resources while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting operational targets.
Your responsibilities as a Maintenance Production Planning Manager will include:
Develop and implement production planning strategies and procedures to optimize the Line Maintenance Department's operational efficiency.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including CAMO Planning Manager, Materials Manager, MCC and Network to understand the maintenance requirements and develop comprehensive production plans.
Analyse aircraft maintenance schedules, work demands, and resource availability to develop achievable and efficient production plans.
Liaise with the materials and tooling teams to ensure the availability of required materials, tools, and equipment for planned maintenance activities.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production planning, such as schedule adherence, turnaround time and resource utilization.
Lead a team of production planners, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their skills and ensure consistent execution of production plans.
Your qualifications and key criteria
We are looking for an individual with experience / qualifications in the following areas:
Possess an EASA Part 66 B Licence.
·Adequate experience in a part 145 organisation including Supervisory roles with focus on Line Maintenance Operations.
Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance processes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Hold a full clean driving licence.
Experienced and competent in the use of Maintenance and Engineering IT systems AMOS, Airbusworld & MS Office.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Leadership abilities to motivate and guide a team of production planners.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational requirements.
Data focused to drive exceptional results and accountability.
Flexibility to adapt to different working situations and stakeholders.
Effective decision making and problem-solving abilities.

Demonstrate ability to deal with conflict.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Eligible to live and work in the EU.
