Finance Transformation and Change Management Lead
A highly motivated and experienced professional is required to drive the evolution of our finance function through innovative change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver transformative finance projects, focusing on efficiency enhancements, data accuracy improvements, and financial process streamlining.
* Leverage data-driven insights and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning, automation) to optimize operations and enhance decision-making.
* Create and maintain strategic roadmaps for finance transformation, aligning with business objectives and driving growth.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team, promoting innovation and best practices adoption.
* Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging automation and technology where possible, to enhance productivity and efficiency.
* Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, understanding their evolving needs and preferences.
* Influence and guide decision-making related to finance transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Lead project management efforts, from inception to implementation and post-implementation support, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Requirements:
* At least 7 years of experience in strategic change management and project delivery within a finance or related environment.
* Proven track record of successfully delivering complex finance projects, ideally with a focus on process improvement, automation, or technology implementation.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools, with experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address challenges proactively.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Proven leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive change and build consensus across different levels of the organization.
Desirable Skills:
