Key Responsibilities: Overseeing daily operations and ensuring seamless service delivery. Managing, training, and developing a team of chefs, baristas, and catering assistants. Enhancing customer experience through continuous improvement and high standards. Budget management, financial forecasting, and ensuring cost efficiency. Working closely with the Head Chef on menu planning and food operations. Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Handling client and customer feedback to drive service excellence. Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Driving business growth through innovation, leadership, and strategic planning.
