New Payment Innovation is a fast growth Irish FinTech based at our HQ in Citywest, Dublin. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to contact prospective customers, introducing them to New Payment Innovation and arranging an appointment for our field sales team to attend. This role is key in enabling growth within our direct and partner sales team.
The successful candidate will have had telemarketing experience in the past and understands the importance of establishing a sufficient level of “buy in” from the potential opportunity and collecting as much information as possible to enrich the lead to ensure it stands a better chance of conversion.
You will work closely with our field sellers, arranging appointments for them and working with them to understand the success of the opportunities that are passed to them. You will be rewarded for both the leads that you generate and the successful conversion of those leads.
The successful candidate will work full-time from our office located at Citywest, Dublin 24.
Job Description
* Contact potential customers who would be interested in face-to-face and online payment services from New Payment Innovation by phone.
* Log and track calls in the CRM to support your management of those leads and provide an accurate picture of the level of opportunity you are working on for reporting purposes.
* Introduce the services to the customer, seek to better understand their existing setup, supplier, and any challenges they face, and explain how we may be able to support their business.
* Collect any relevant information that accurately builds a picture of their requirements and work to agree on a suitable time for a field seller to follow up with them.
* Work with our field sales team to arrange an appointment to meet the potential customer and communicate the information that has been gathered from them.
* Capture feedback from the field seller on the results of the face-to-face meeting.
* Play an active role working with new telemarketing executives as they join the business to share your experiences.
* Able to track and present your performance to your Line Manager and the wider management team as well as the leadership team.

* Ability to effectively communicate with business owners, positioning New Payment Innovation's payment capabilities.
* Excellent sales ability and experience with the ability to identify and generate opportunities.
* Good rapport-building experience, with the ability to communicate with different types of people across various sectors and levels.
* CRM management.
* The ability to multitask, excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
* Proficient in the full Microsoft package.
