We are hiring a Maintenance Stores & Planner to join our Retail Team at Keelings.
Purpose of the Role:
* Manage the storage and safekeeping of Machine parts.
* Ordering of Parts to maintain good stock levels.
* Leasing with operations for planning of work.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Stores
* Creating of Purchase orders on a PO system, ordering of parts to maintain required stock levels, receiving parts into stock and manage any discrepancies, catalogue parts in stores area & uploading parts to a CMMS system,
* Ensure parts dept is kept in a clean and organised manner
Planner.
* Planning planned preventative maintenance (PPM) with operations
* Raising of work orders for a team of engineers, ensuring all paperwork is completed to a satisfactory manner
* Ensuring visiting contractors are properly inducted and work permits completed.
* To actively promote health & safety standards, engage in implementing health and safety protocols, and contribute to a risk-free work environment for all
* Playing a crucial role in mitigating workplace risks and promoting the well-being of all team members.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
To keep all parts categories within Budget.
To Maintain the correct stock levels to minimise downtime.
Key Skills & Knowledge
Essential:
* Good to very good English. Basic PC skills. Excel, word & outlook e-mail etc.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of parts systems, booking in stock, Stock control Etc.
Education & Qualifications:
* Leaving cert or equivalent.
