We are seeking a skilled and driven Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in County Galway.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
* Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff during service, promoting teamwork and productivity.
* Maintain high standards of presentation and quality in all dishes prepared.
* Ensure adherence to kitchen hygiene protocols and food safety regulations.
* Contribute to menu planning, inventory management, and ordering as needed.

Requirements:
* Prior experience as a Junior Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie skills with potential for advancement.
