Thriving Irish Property company with teams in Sales, Lettings, Commercial and Property Management seeks a Risk & Compliance Co-Ordinator to join the team. This is a dynamic and busy team with a solid reputation and an ethos of working as a team.

2. Fully onsite – offices in Dublin 2
Key Responsibilities
3. Coordinate all aspects of the company’s compliance requirements.
4. Ensure adherence to regulations and assist in the implementation of risk management strategies.
5. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks to the organization.
6. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to GDPR, Anti Money Laundering, Legislation and Regulatory Compliance
7. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of controls and the application of rules, regulations and the company’s compliance policies and procedures.
8. Engage with third party service providers to ensure outsourced activities are in compliance with regulations.
9. Ensure that adequate policies, procedures, systems and controls are put in place.
Key Skills and Requirements for this role include:
10. Minimum 2 years of experience working in Legal, Compliance, Risk, Governance, Data Protection, Financial Services or other relevant discipline (ideally in the Property sector).
11. Third level Degree in a relevant discipline in Law/ Business / Compliance
12. Experience drafting/reviewing policies and procedures etc. in line with Central Bank / AML / Data Protection legislation.
