Sales Excellence:
Drive sales performance by presenting a full range of luxury bathroom products, exceeding individual sales and margin targets, and contributing to team success.
Upsell & Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to suggest suitable alternatives, upsell, and promote cross-brand sales, advocating for in-house luxury brands.
Tailored Quotations:
Create accurate, competitive quotes that align with the client's budget while adhering to company pricing policies, ensuring the luxury experience extends throughout the sales process.
Ongoing Client Relationships:
Maintain close communication with clients throughout the order and delivery process, ensuring timely updates and smooth execution.
Showroom Excellence:
Contribute to maintaining high showroom standards, ensuring a pristine and luxurious environment at all times.
Compliance:

Key Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years in Sales role within the luxury bathroom retail sales environment, with a focus on complex sales processes and proactive client engagement.
Experience within the construction or luxury sanitary ware sector is a plus, but not required.
