As a Content Moderator you will be part of a rapidly growing multilingual team and will work alongside other internal teams, for a leading online multinational company, to respond to requests and assist in the success of this project.Main responsibilities:Engage with business, predominantly via outbound phone calls, to verify their information and update client platforms as appropriate,Process and raise required requests/transactions and make sound decisions related to customer requirements,Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data,Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets,Adhere to process norms and structure.*Please note that this job is performed fully onsite (Dublin, Ireland).
Requirements
Fluent English,Proficiency of Flemish language (min. C1),General country specific knowledge for the country you will support,Eligibility to work in Ireland,Excellent verbal and written communication skills,Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast paced environment,Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard.
